FINDING YOUR BRA SIZE
You are probably wearing the wrong size bra if you are spilling out of your cups or your back straps, if your straps are too tight or you have a gap in between your cups. Your support should come from your band, not your straps. Follow these two easy steps to find the right bra size for you.
Step One
Taking a tape measure, measure under your arms across the top of your chest and around your back. If your measurement is an even number, for example 34 inches, this is your band size. If your measurement is an odd number, for example 35 inches, add 1 more inch to find your band size.
Step Two
Measure around the fullest part of your bust at the nips. Subtract the band measurement from Step One from this bust measurement. Every remaining inch represents a cup size. For example, if your band measurement is 32 inches and your bust measurement is 36 inches, then your bra size is 32D.
Bust minus band measurment = US Cup Size/European Cup Size
1” = A/A
2” = B/B
3” = C/C
4” = D/D
5” = DD/E
6” = DDD/F
7” = DDDD/G
